Introductory Massage Courses

You don't need to be a professional to be a 'massage hobbyist'.  In this foundation course you will learn the elements of a simple full-body massage.  Interactive, practical lessons will be taught primarily through hands-on demonstration and exchange of massage techniques and will introduce you to:
  •  some simple and fascinating principles of human anatomy and physiology
  •  a broad variety of massage 'tools', strokes, and techniques
  •  practical considerations for fun and effective massage sessions
  •  the power of touch as a tool for communication and wellbeing
This course may be repeated as often as you like to develop your personal practice and hobby of massage.  It is open to individuals and wonderful for couples.  Expect to have fun and leave with a whole new perspective on the human body.
